The
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is an EU regulation governs
many aspects of data protection law and places a responsibility on
organisations when using individuals’ Personal Information. The
legislation came into effect in May 2018.
The FSRA
takes the protection of residents’ data very seriously and we understand that
processing our residents’ personal data comes with significant responsibility.
Data Privacy Notice
What is a
Data Privacy Notice and why is it important? We know
your personal information is important to you and it is important to the FSRA
as well. This Data Privacy Notice tells you what we use your personal
information for and explains your rights around how we use it. Please read this
Data Privacy Notice to understand how and why we use your personal information.

information we collect and why:
We use
personal information, including Names, Addresses, Phone Numbers, and Email
Addresses to record membership of FRSA to advise you about;
- Residents Association
Newsletters
- Clean Up Days
- Notification of meetings
Your
consent:
You need
to give consent for us to collect and use personal information classed as
sensitive or for certain uses of your personal information. You are given the
choice to provide consent, or not. When we collect your consent, we will
explain what we need it for and how you can change your mind in the future.

We would
like to be able to contact you about any activities, plans relating to that of
Foxrock South Residents Association. We will only send you direct emails where
we have your consent. Your information will not be passed on to third parties.

where do we get your personal information from?
You
provide us with your personal information directly when you contact us,
complete our forms (annual subscriptions), or visit our website or social media
accounts.

pass on your personal information to any third parties.
